For counties where automated procurement is live, yes, plats and deeds are pulled automatically. For counties not yet live, the platform leaves an upload slot inside the order so your team or research analyst can drop the documents in manually until automated retrieval ships for that county.

ATLA sheets and other municipality-specific documents not hosted on a standard county clerk portal can be uploaded directly into the order. The same goes for easements, cross-access agreements, or any record outside the standard plat, deed, and property appraiser set.
